Working One-on-One
In my guided meditations I focus on the breath, the body, and the thoughts. I love creating an opportunity for a more loving, compassionate and neutral relationship to self. Through this process we are able to loosen the grip that our negative thoughts and busy mind have on us so we can be in the moment… that’s where the magic happens.
Meditation can be a powerful tool to help manage stress, anxiety and overwhelm. Meditation can center us when we are feeling off balance. It can help us connect back to ourselves. I lead guided meditations which are ideal for both beginner and experienced meditators.
This process can allow for you to become the eye of the storm in the middle of life’s mess. It can help integrate/release what is no longer serving you. It can create a peace inside of you that you may be searching for elsewhere.

Collaboration
I absolutely love leading guided meditations at live Covid conscious events, on Zoom and I am willing to travel! I have lead groups in guided meditation at retreats, womxn’s circles, youth events, corporate events, and sanghas. I work with both adults and teenagers.
